1. Product Introduction:

Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric are made of fiberglass basis cloth coated with acrylic on both sides .It has abrasion resistant ,easy to cuts,allergen resistant and tnti-adhesive.

The weave-lock treatment stiffens the fabric slightly to reduce the amount of fraying during fabrication. The weave-lock finished fiberglass fabric enables the user to cut, sew and punch holes more effectively.

Main applications:

It is suitable for wrapping tape and flame retardant layer of various flame retardant and fire resistant cables. For XLPE insulated cables, it is possible to realize the flame retardancy of the cable or to improve the flame retardant grade of the cable by selecting this series of high flame retardant, oxygen and flame-retardant tapes as the cable wrapping tape and inorganic paper rope as the filler.

1. Used to stabilize the insulation of the core of the cable.

2. Ensure that the cable core is not loose and the insulation is not scratched.

3. The insulation layer, outer protective layer and inner lining layer shall be isolated to prevent the mechanical, physical and electrical properties of the cable affected by their mutual adhesion.

4. When the cable is burned, it can absorb a lot of heat, form a carbonization layer, isolate oxygen, protect the insulation layer from burning, so that the fire loss will not be further expanded.

Relevant requirements of flame retardant cable for flame retardant tape

1. The material of the fire-proof layer shall be non hygroscopic.

2. The materials used in the fire barrier cladding should have high oxygen index.

3. The wrapping tape of fire-proof layer should have good flexibility and be convenient for wrapping.

4. The working temperature of the fire-proof coating tape shall be the same as that of the cable.

5. In the process of wrapping, the flame-retardant tape should not pollute the environment and do no harm to human body.

6. The results show that the flame retardant coating has good tensile strength and certain elongation.

7. The results show that the combustor should have good carbon formation during the combustion process. The storage period of this product is 6 months from the date of manufacture and should be stored in a dry and clean warehouse.
